• Price Fluctuations: Product prices, availability, coupons, and shipping fees are determined entirely by third-party retailers and may change rapidly without prior notice.
• No Price Guarantee: We do not sell products directly and cannot guarantee that a merchant will honor a price shown on our tracking system. The merchant’s checkout page is the final authority on product price and availability.
• Service Availability: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability of price check background workers or alert dispatch systems.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Actions

When using PriceDrop Alert, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or tools to overload or disrupt our infrastructure or API endpoints.
• Attempt to bypass security headers, CSRF protections, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive commercial activities.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying codebase.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, user interface designs, custom graphics, and software code on PriceDrop Alert are the exclusive intellectual property of PriceDrop Alert and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Retailer logos and product images belong to their respective trademark owners and are displayed strictly for identification and comparative reference.

7. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure
